After downloading, you can fill it out and email it back to us, or print and mail it.

iOS Instructions
  1. Select download then select the icon at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select Options and click PDF then Done
  3. Click Save to Files and Save in the top right corner
  4. Open the Files app and locate the registration form
  5. Click on the edit icon at the bottom of the screen and fill out the form
  6. Send the form via email using the share icon in the bottom left corner
Android Instructions
  1. Click on Registration and download the form
  2. Open downloads
  3. Share to drive application by tapping the three dots in the upper-right hand corner
  4. Save in Drive application
  5. Exit and re-enter the Drive Application
  6. Go to recent downloads, located by touching the 3 lines in the upper-left hand corner of the screen
  7. Click on Truman Registration
  8. Fill in the form by pressing the line you want to edit and the keyboard will appear to let you type in the information
  9. Press Save in the upper-right hand corner
  10. Click on the 3 dots located in the upper-right hand corner and click Send Copy to email the registration form
